    Our Windows application has automatic DNS leak protection.
  • Do you support port forwarding?

    Yes, we do. In the client panel, you can open and close ports.

    Note that your port numbers will be randomly generated, and you can't choose a specific port.
  • Do you keep logs?

    No, we do not keep any connection or activity logs.
  • How can I get support?

    You can submit a ticket through the client panel, or you can contact us directly through our live chat.
  • How many devices can be connected to SharkVPN simultaneously with one account?

    We do not have a limit of how many devices you can connect to SharkVPN, but you can not cannot connect to the same server with the same protocol on more than one device at the time.
  • Do you support IPv6?

    No, at this moment we do not support IPv6.
  • Do you block any outgoing ports?

    We block port 25 (SMTP) in order to prevent SPAM.
  • What bandwidth can I expect from your service?

    It depends, you should always connect to a server location located close to you for the best speed.
